Responsibilities
- Answering Phones: Professionally manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department, and ensuring a positive caller experience.
- Recruiting Staff: Collaborate with HR to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and assist in onboarding new hires.
- Managing Staff: Foster a positive office culture by addressing employee concerns, organizing team-building activities, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Scheduling: Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Base Passes: Facilitate the creation and distribution of base passes, maintaining accurate records and compliance with security protocols.
- Payroll: Calculate and process payroll accurately and on time, working closely with the finance department to ensure payroll-related tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A little English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in office coordination or a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Hours
- Monday to Friday: 0800 to 1700
- Saturday, Sunday, and US Holidays: Off
