Administrative Assistant
You will serve as an administrative assistant providing clerical support, managing communications, and maintaining records for the Facilities Manager at Marine Corps Base Camp Butler.

Responsibilities
- You will receive calls, greet visitors, and direct to staff members only those contacts needing their attention or action.
- You will maintain the Facilities Manager's calendar, schedules, and appointments based on knowledge of the supervisor's interests and commitments.
- You will read directives and instructional material pertaining to administrative practices and clerical procedures to be aware of new, revised, or amended procedures for such matters as preparation and processing of correspondence.
- You will receive updated information/reports from satellite maintenance detachments and merge information into one manageable document to ensure leadership always has the most up-to-date information.
- You will compose routine correspondence on other subjects as outlined in regulations and procedures or specifically requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: possessing proficient skills in office administration and computer software, including spreadsheets and databases, understanding basic standardized travel rules and procedures, and exhibiting strong oral and written communication skills.
