Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing construction sites
• 10+ years of experience in the construction field as a project engineer
• Experience in overseeing all aspects of large-scale projects as a site manager is a mandatory requirement
• Experience in U.S. military construction projects with organizations such as USACE and NAVFAC.
• Familiarity with the three phases of construction and compliance with EM 385-1-1 safety standards is required

Required License

• Qualifications in either Mechanical, Architectural, or Electrical work execution
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural, or Electrical Engineering is required, except when there is over 10 years of experience in the construction field (Submission of certificates from employees as proof of your experience is required)
• Valid Driver's License and Valid International Driver's License

Allowances

• Qualification Allowance: 5,000-50,000 JPY (Depends on the type of license/qualification)
• TOEIC scored over 900: 10,000 yen (Note: Candidates from countries where English is an official language are excluded.)
• If you have valid Japanese government issued licenses, such as Denki Kojishi (Electrician) and Haikan Gijyutsusya (Plumbing Engineer) etc., qualified for the allowance
• Commuting Allowance: Applicable when one-way distance is over 2 km (Up to 30,000 JPY per month)
• Free parking lot is available

Other Benefits

• Working Hours: 8:00–17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
