Provide event support for the Ryukyu Golden Kings basketball games at Okinawa Suntory Arena, including drink/food service, crowd management, merchandise sales, and court mopping.
Responsibilities
- Drink/Register: Serve drinks and food at the food court and handle register operations.
- Crowd Management: Guide customers at the food court, manage lines, and indicate the end of queues.
- Trash Collection: Collect garbage within the venue.
- Merchandise Shop: Handle register operations and restock products at the arena's first-floor merchandise shop.
- Mopper: Mop the court during games. (Required: Basketball experience and ability to bring basketball shoes and beige half-pants; flashy colors/designs not allowed.)
- Suite Room: Provide service to customers using suite rooms. (Required: Experience in hotel banquets or restaurant serving, or completion of company hotel training.)
Work Schedule
- April 25 (Saturday): Various shifts for Drink/Register (15:00-21:00, 15:00-20:30, 15:30-21:00, 15:30-20:30), Crowd Management (15:30-19:30), Mopper (17:00-20:00, waitlist), Merchandise Shop (15:00-22:00).
- April 26 (Sunday): Various shifts for Drink/Register (15:00-21:00, 15:00-20:30, 15:30-21:00, 15:30-20:30), Crowd Management (15:30-19:30), Mopper (17:00-20:00), Merchandise Shop (15:00-22:00).
*Work hours may change.
Requirements
Basic Requirements
- No experience required; beginners welcome.
- For Mopper role: Basketball experience and ability to bring basketball shoes and beige half-pants (flashy colors/designs not allowed).
- For Suite Room role: Experience in hotel banquets or restaurant serving, or completion of company hotel training.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Hourly Wage: General: 1,100 yen; Suite Room: 1,200 yen; Mopper: 1,050 yen.
- Transportation Allowance: Flat 500 yen.
- Pay Date (Dispatch): Monthly closing at end of month, payment on the 25th of the following month via company transfer.
- Advance Payment Eligible.
