Responsibilities
Work as a waiter or waitress in banquet halls for various events like weddings, buffets, and round-table dinners.
Dress Code
- Male: White long-sleeved shirt, white innerwear, black slacks, black socks (no short socks), black leather shoes (loafers acceptable for students), name tag, memo pad and pen, white non-woven mask if wearing a mask (others not acceptable).
- Female: White long-sleeved shirt, white innerwear, black skirt or black slacks, black pumps (loafers acceptable for students), skin-colored stockings, name tag, memo pad and pen, white non-woven mask if wearing a mask (others not acceptable).
A vest will be loaned by the hotel on the day of work and must be returned after the shift. Details will be shared after work confirmation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- Experience in hotel service.
- Completion of hotel training at Plenty.
Training Details
- Location: Plenty Co., Ltd. Urasoe Headquarters.
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
- Content: Tray handling, server spoon and fork etiquette, etc.
- A Plenty staff name tag will be provided during training.
- Reservation required; contact via official LINE for scheduling.
Benefits
- Hourly wage: 1,200 yen for general workers, 1,025 yen for high school students.
- Transportation allowance: 400 yen flat rate.
- Parking available.
- Payday: Monthly payment on the 25th of the following month, transferred from the hotel (not eligible for advance payment).
