The Customer Service Starter plays a key role in daily golf course operations by ensuring smooth tee time management and an outstanding golfer experience.
Position Overview
On Time Staffing is seeking retired U.S. military personnel and Americans currently residing in Japan with valid visa status who are interested in working at Kadena Golf Course in a customer-facing role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Greet golfers and verify tee times
- Manage player flow from the first tee box
- Monitor and maintain pace-of-play standards
- Coordinate customer check-in and cart staging
- Manage tee time schedules and assist with reservations
- Respond to golfer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Communicate with pro shop and course management to support daily operations
We are seeking motivated, positive professionals who take pride in delivering an excellent customer experience every time a golfer plays the course.
