Manages daily site operations, coordinates minor construction projects, and supervises field technicians for maintenance of HVAC-R and mechanical equipment.
Job Description
Project manager work in the maintenance department.
Work Contents
- Daily site management and quality control of field technicians
- Coordinate and supervise minor construction projects
- Obtain cost estimates from vendors and calculate costs for repairs and projects
- Schedule and attend meetings with US government, in-house personnel, and subcontractors
- Review reports
- Conduct other work associated thereto
*Any other works designated by the company
Working Hours
8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
**There might be some overtime work
Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, other days as specified by the company (124 non-working days per year)
**10 days of annual leave will be provided when 6 months of service is completed.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience as a project manager is a plus
Required License
- Japanese driver's license
- Business-level English and Japanese skills required for conversation, reading, and writing (*Indication of skill level: TOEIC 750 or higher/JLPT N2 and higher)
- Legal resident of Japan (Resident/Work visa)

Salary
200,000–275,000 JPY per month
※Salary is determined by skills and experience
Qualification Allowance
5,000–50,000 JPY (Depends on the type of license/qualification)
TOEIC scored over 900: 10,000 yen (Non-native English speaker only)
*If you have valid Japanese government issued licenses, such as Denki Kojishi (Electrician) and Haikan Gijyutsusya (Plumbing Engineer) etc., qualified for the allowance
Commuting Allowance
Applicable when one-way distance is over 2 km (Up to 30,000 JPY per month)

Twice a year (July and December)
Base salary x 2.0 total (Results from previous year is 3.0)
