Job openings at multiple Okinawa bases! (Kinser, Kadena, Foster, Hansen, Schwab, Marine bases, etc.)

Positions: Waitress, cashier, cook, barista, bartender, and clerk positions are available.

Japanese and/or non-Japanese with a visa should apply!

Bartender

• Greet and welcome customers, engaging in friendly conversation to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, using knowledge of cocktail recipes and menu offerings.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and suggest specialty cocktails or drinks.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Mix and garnish cocktails, paying attention to presentation and quality.
• Ensure bar supplies are stocked and ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices at all times.

Waitress / Waiter

• Welcome guests as they arrive, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, catering to any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks.
• Coordinate with other servers to ensure smooth service and minimize wait times for guests.
• Anticipate the needs of guests and proactively address any issues to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Cook

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of raw ingredients.
• Accommodate special requests or dietary restrictions, communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers.
• Maintain inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Barista

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing personalized service and recommendations.
• Prepare espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including equipment, utensils, and condiments.
• Monitor coffee and ingredient supplies, restocking as needed and notifying management of any shortages.
